It all started 35 years ago, when Ajmer Sandhu, from India and trained in Indian and Italian cuisine, moved to Montreal to open his very first restaurant. His sons, Goppy and Hapi, grew up surrounded by pots and spices, and quickly realized that real magic happens around a shared table. Now partners alongside their father, they continue to make Sandhu a place where people love to meet, celebrate and simply enjoy life.

‍A second address since 2021, in the heart of a bustling neighborhood, with a more festive atmosphere and a large central bar. It offers contemporary Indian cuisine, a fusion brunch, creative cocktails and evenings hosted by DJs.


Quartier DIX30 branch
‍Third India Rosa branch, inspired by the beaches of Goa, which brings contemporary Indian cuisine to the South Shore. Opened in 2025, it is the largest India Rosa, ideal for also welcoming groups. It offers a chic and bright atmosphere as well as a unique fusion brunch.
